Refund Policy


A patient will only qualify for a refund if the medication wasn’t received in full, and 7 or more business days have elapsed since the original committed delivery date. If an order is incomplete, please contact us about a refund or free reshipment of replacement medication.

Shipping coverage for an additional $10, receive shipment value protection up to $500 for easily expedited reshipment of a free replacement order within 2-3 business days if the package is not delivered. Your order will be shipped with “Card for Pick up” so if you are not home, a notice card will be left and you can pick it up at the post office.

Note: Replacement order is subject to product availability at the time of reshipment. In the event of a substitution, a product of equal or greater value will be used.


Bloom Shop will review all cases in the order that they are received. This review will under normal conditions take 7-10 business days.




For refund requests please including photos of all the items, you have received.

Take a photo of the packaging materials and the packages.


Step 2

Take a clear photo of the packing slip without any obstruction. If the photo sent is not legible, you may be asked to retake photos,
so make sure we can read it the first time. We reserve the right to not process claims with no packing slip.
